1 cup hung curd
1 small Cucumber
2 -3 chopped garlic cloves
1 med grated carrot
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes and oregano as per
1In a bowl add curd, grated cucumber, carrot mix well
2Chopped garlic, add salt and mix well
3Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano
4Serve as a spread.
