1 cup thick chilled yoghurt
¼ cup spring onions whites & greens
1 chopped garlic
1 chopped green chillies
1 pinch jeera powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
1Combine all ingredients together, mix them well
2Serve as a spread or a dip with Khakra
