100 g Sesame seeds

50 g Jaggery

1 tsp ghee


1In a pan roast sesame seeds, till light golden in colour. Turn of heat and let sesame seeds to cool

2In a pan add ghee and stir jaggery to melt, continue stirring till jaggery caramelizes

3Turn off the heat and add sesame seeds until combined with melted jaggery

4Grease the pan and add mixture and smooth en surface with a flat spatula. Allow mixture to set completely and let it cool

5Cut til chikki in to desired shapes and serve
