1 fist barley
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup - Skim milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp Honey
1Soak barley in 3/4th cup water for an hour
2Add pepper corn ,salt and 1 cup of water and let it boil and cook for 20 mins till it becomes soft.
3Remove pepper corn add milk, cardamom powder, honey and cook for 5 mins.
