100g-Mushroom thickly sliced
1 tsp- Balsmic Vinegar
1 - Garlic finely chopped
100g -Spinach leaves thickly cut
1 tsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
1In a pan add oil, garlic, mushroom , vinegar and saute for few minutes, now throw in Spinach leaves on top of mushrooms and cook well.
2Garnish with parmesan cheese powder
