Rajma Sandwich

50 g cooked Rajma

1 med onion

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric

½ tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp olive oil

1tsp low fat cheese

½ tsp cumin seeds

½ tsp chaat masala

2 slices Multigrain Bread


1Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onions and saute till brown

2Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins, add all spices and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins

3Add cooked rajma and mix well, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves


5Take a bread slice,add rajma masala stuffing, top with capsicum, tomatoes, onions OPTIONAL

6Sprinkle cheese, coriander.

7Cover with another bread slice Grill till crisp. Serve hot
