1In a pan add olive oil and stir fry capsicum. Grilled tomatoes on a skillet.
2Take a slice of bread, layer with barbeque sauce. Place grilled tomatoes and bell peppers.
3Sprinkle garlic salt, herbs, a pinch of feta and grilled.
