Peppery Pumpkin Soup

Whip up this easy pumpkin soup as a starter for a dinner party or a light supper when you need a bit of comfort – it has a lovely silky texture.

- Cook: 20 mins
1Cut pumpkin and bell peppers in to thin squares roughly and steam for 10 mins till cooked.
2Add them in a blender along with skim milk and blend to form a smooth paste.
3In a pan seperately heat butter, add garlic and saute on low flame till translucent now add puree and mix well.
4Season with salt and pepper for flavour. Serve hot
