1Roast onion on a medium flame for 3 mins. Seperately roast tomatoes until soft
2Blend them together to form a puree.
3In a pan add oil garlic and chilli flakes until aromatic
4Pour the puree and add salt, oregano and simmer it for 2 mins.
5Sauce is ready
6In a pan add little olive oil,add vegetables of your choice like zucchini, mushroom, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots and stir fry . Sprinkle mixed herbs.
7Toss red sauce and vegetables together mix well. Serve hot
