1Heat the oil in a pan, add mushrooms and saute till it becomes dry
2Add egg, green chillies, salt & pepper, mix well and saute till mushrooms are coated well with egg and mixture is cooked
3Add cheese and coriander and mix well
4Spread 2 tbsp of mushroom mixture on one slice of bread and cover with other slice of bread and grill using a sandwich maker
5Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
