1 cup coconut milk Or Unsweetened Almond milk
1 tbsp flaxseed whole
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 pinch salt
1Mix all ingredients in a pan, and let it boil. Lower heat and simmer until desired thickness.
2Top with Almond milk,cinnamon or fresh unsweetened berries.
