Brown bread 2 slices
Chicken boiled and chopped -100g
Green chutney 2 tbsp
Skim Milk 2 tbsp
Capsicum chopped- 1 med
Onion chopped 1 med
Carrot grated - 1 med
Salt to taste
Chaat masla ½ tsp
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chillies -2
1Boil chicken .In a mixer add chicken 2 tbsp milk and grind it
2Add green coriander chutney and mix well
3Add onion, carrot, salt and coriander leaves and mix again.
4Place 2 bread slices. Spread mixture on them and cover each with one of the remaining slices.
5 Grill them on a hot non stick pan till crisp.
6Cut grilled sandwich into triangles and place on serving dish. Serve immediately.
