Fruit Puran Poli

1Prepare soft dough using flour, ghee & pinch of salt.
2In a pan add chopped fruits & dry coconut, toss for 2 minutes.
3Mix well & add cardamom powder.
4Divide the dough into equal portions.
5Keep a filling i.e the fruit mix in the centre, bring the ends together & roll it into a poli.
6Heat pan grease with little ghee & place it till it turns golden brown from both the sides.
7Serve hot with ghee and sprinkle with tutty fruity
