6 -Boiled eggs

1 inch -finely chopped Ginger

1 tsp-Oil

2 med -Onions finely chopped

3 med Tomatoes

½ tsp Cumin seeds

½ tsp Turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)

1-2 bay leaves

½ tsp Garam masala

Salt to taste

1 tbsp Coriander


1Take boiled eggs add turmeric, salt and mix well and keep aside. In a blender blend tomatoes, garlic, ginger and grind it in to fine paste.

2 In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf and saute, add onions and cook till translucent.

3Add all masala saute ,now add paste,mix well and cook till it leaves oil.

4Stir well, add water as required , add salt and simmer it for 2-3 mins .

5Add boil eggs, garam masala and saute for 1 min.

6Garnish it with coriander. Serve hot
