1Add oil in a pan and saute spring onions
2Add all vegetables and saute until half done crunchy
3Add soya sauce, salt and mix well
4Place a damp cloth over frozen sheets for 5-7 mins
5Spread one wrapper, place a spoonful of stuffing
6Roll one edge towards the inner side covering, bring the sides to the centre.
7Dampen left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal. Keep them covered or else will dry up.
8Preheat oven at 220 C for 15 mins
9Brush spring rolls with oil
