1Heat oil in pressure cooker, add garlic and spring onions white and saute for few mins
2Add carrots, masoor ,barley ,salt, 4 1/2 cup water mix well and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles
3Transfer the mixture in a pan add tomatoes, spring onion greens, coriander, salt and pepper and mix well.Bring to boil and cook for 3-4 mins.
