1Combine barley & 1 ½ cup water in a pressure cook for 2 whistles
2Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,when seeds crackle onions and saute for 2 mins .Add tomatoes and saute for a while
3Now add all vegetables, salt mix well and cook till soft
4Add cooked barley, green chillies, salt and coriander, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 mins, stirring occasionally.
