1Sauté onions till translucent, now add ginger garlic paste and grated tomatoes. Mix well and cook for some time.
2When the gravy is thick, let it cool and grind in a mixer.
3In a separate pan now add all vegetables and saute till soft
4Now add 2 tbsp skim milk curd, add some salt along with dry spices powdered and water,add the puree and let it simmer for 3-4 mins
5Garnish with fresh coriander and hot chapatis.
